My new tennis bag . . . I still can't believe I am playing and completely enjoying tennis. Richard bought me this new bag for my birthday. Of course I have pink tape on my racquet . . . but I am changing it to green in March. Is this the cutest bag or what!
We were in Modesto this past weekend - Richard was in a tournament. Someone had told us about this restaurant. It is the oldest restaurant in Modesto. The food was great . . . loved the atmosphere - especially the Tiki bar!

Little Hearts Everywhere

It actually shouldn't be hard for me to find a heart to post everyday . . . they are all over my house. Love hearts . . . love pink . . . and how cute is Hello Kitty!

I saw this sign this weekend while we were at a tennis tournament . . . so does this mean you go naked once you are out of the pool????? "By order of the Health Dept." - it makes me laugh! We had a great weekend . . . I should have taken more pictures.

I don't have a heart picture today . . . rather, I don't have time to look for one, take one, or search my pictures for one. So I am going with something RED instead. That works for me. I know the picture is a little blurry, but I like it with the color of the background - This was taken at Ming's last Friday. Go Redbirds!

New Perfume! : )

I have gotten two new perfumes lately. (I believe a woman needs to treat herself to perfume every so often.) Well this one is new. . . Bombshell by Victoria's Secret. The other one is a perfume I wore years ago. For some reason I stopped wearing it . . . Lauren by Ralph Lauren. Love them both. But now I am out of the other one I usually wear . . . looks like I may have to treat myself again.

Looking for Hearts . . .

I am still looking for hearts - they are there if you look for them.

I will try to spot them through the month of February. Then I guess it will be onto shamrocks and the color green.

Heart for today - which was supposed to be yesterday . . . some more cute details from Victoria's Secret. I had a nice day yesterday. It was sunny and over 70 - which was so wonderful. Richard and I played tennis - then went to the airport to pick up Jake. So after a week of just Richard and I, a quiet clean house - we ended up with the whole gang. Jake was home . . . Jennifer had to bring Lily over to see "Jabub" . . . Brent and Ashley had the day off and wanted to BBQ . . . Jake had three friends come by to see him . . . and Luke and Abbie came by after he got of work. Richard and I just looked at each other and smiled . . . "They're Back"

It is no secret that I love shopping at Victoria's Secret . . . so today - I love my $10 off certificate. I just have to remember to use it. I think part of the reason I love shopping there has something to do with little details like heart shaped coupons.

Jake and Kasey are in the Bahamas at a friend's wedding. They sent me this message on Facebook. It is written in a bar where you can write message wherever you like - so hopefully it will be there awhile before they paint over it. What a fun message. It sounds as if they are having a great time.

Hearts and Smiles for my Birthday!

Yesterday was my birthday. A couple of the 1st Grade classes came into the office and sang "Happy Birthday". They are so cute. They also brought cards.
I can't listen to 1st graders sing without getting choked up. They are so cute!!!!!
There are a lot of good things that go along working with kids . . . this is definitely one of them.

This tile is in the bathroom of a Chinese restaurant we eat at quite often. I love it - so had to take a picture of it. We usually go there later in the evening and the kitchen is winding down . . . There is an older man who often is sitting in the kitchen on a low stool reading a Chinese newspaper and an elderly woman who is eating her dinner. You have to walk through the kitchen to use the restroom . . . which I guess is all part of the experience of eating at Mings.

Simply in a good mood these days . . .

These two were out playing tennis while we were there last night. They were having so much fun. The picture isn't very good - but I had to post it anyway. They were just way silly - and I had to share. I love silliness!
