Special Treat!
I was a little surprised at how fast Jelly the guinea pig went after the Elf.
No worries . . . the Elf came came through the ordeal unscathed.

halloween surprise . . .
What a fun surprise I received in the mail a few days ago!
Lorraine from Paper Vernissage is always so thoughtful!
Thank you Lorraine!
I hate putting Lorraine's cards away . . . they usually find a place where I display them for awhile.
This cute little skull!!!!
I need to make some of these.

charlotte & chalk . . .
This is the skeleton that Charlotte came up with.
I love how it turned out.
She seems to be into making things look creepy these days . . .
. . . I wonder where she gets that from?

making me smile today . . .
This is when I start having fun making a doll . . .
I am not sure what I am going to do with these yet - but that is also part of the fun.
Avery came to visit me at work yesterday. . .
. . . evidently she likes to doodle also!
. . . and a new coffee mug.
Happy Friday!

Happy October . . .
I cannot help myself when it comes to decorating for Halloween.
I thought I would share some of the decorations I have out this year.
I am not sure where this obsession with Halloween came from . . . but it just keeps growing.
HAPPY OCTOBER!

Derby has been delivered . . .
Once again I participated in Yarnigras' Zombie Doll Swap
Now that Derby has been delivered . . . I can post picture of her.
This year we had to make a miniature zombie. I really need to make
some more of these little dolls.
Derby is a
unique little zombie . . . smaller than most.
She is fun
loving, competitive, kind, and fun to be around.
When she is
not wandering around looking for delicious humans
. . . you
will find her skating and spending time with the
people she
cares about.
They don’t
seem to mind that she is a zombie . . .
. . . they
just love her for who she is!
Derby doesn’t
mind being a zombie . . . if she gets knocked down,
she simply
gets back up and keeps going.
Be her
friend and she will roll with you until her wheels fall off.
Derby with the other items that went along with her in the
Zombie Doll Swap.
Sometimes little zombie dolls like to hide out . . .
. . . what better hideout than a black lace bag.

Zombie Cat . . .
I received this great zombie cat in Yarnigrasswapperspot's zombie doll swap.
It is always fun to participate in this swap.
My swap partner this year happened to live very close . . . so instead of shipping our dolls we met in person to trade them. This little zombie cat and her zombie mice are so much fun!
She also had this great coffee mug in her bag . . . and the great bone pens below.
My granddaughter Charlotte had to take one of the bone pens to use at school :)
Thank you Natalie - I love my little zombie cat!
