More . . .

 I took the "More Sleep" on this list very serious last night.  I think I fell asleep before 7:00 and slept somewhere around 10 hours.   Time is always an issue with me and I really hate to "waste" time sleeping.  But I guess I needed it . . . because I feel wonderful this morning!  I need to stop thinking of it at "wasting time" . . . and think of it as recharging I guess.  I did get a little creative time in though the last couple of days . . .
