Pomegranate Jelly




I made pomegranate jelly today.  I don't know how I grew up without ever helping my mom make jelly . . . or maybe I did and just don't remember, but I have always wanted to make my own jelly, but never have.  I have especially wanted to make pomegranate jelly . . . I think they are a unique fruit - something I never saw or tasted until I moved to California.  I am just hoping the jelly turns out as good as the mess that I made making it.  Next I am trying pepper jelly and a possibly a pepper/pomegranate.

    This sounds delicious. I never thought to make pom jelly. My grandfather used to call them Chinese Apples. They've always been a treat. My favorite salad from Wendy's comes with a pom dressing that's absolutely delicious.
