red, white & blue

I finally got around to doing something with some of the hearts that I cut out of security envelopes a couple of weeks ago.  I thought they would make a cute red, white, & blue garland to hang up for July . . . especially since I had a couple envelopes printed with flags. 

Very simple . . . I just stitched the hearts in a row using my sewing machine.  This weekend has been full of hard work and having fun . . . so a simple little project was just what I needed.
